Is it possible to change Aircraft Category?

I use several different computers. I have had major data loss when I had all of my data on only one but my question is with 3 active computers and a smart phone will I end up with 4 times the workload updating or do I just keep it on one computer and save a back up file and how easy is that backup?

Looking over the evaluation version and did not see summary totals for complex and high performance. Is there a way keep tabs of these categories as well? thanks ~k
